Ajilon is working with a parking management company in the Wilmington, DE area to find a strong HR Manager.  You will be required to oversee the HR operations of the entire organization, covering all aspects of human resources.  As the perfect candidate, you will have 5 years minimum of progressive HR generalist experience.

 

Duties:

  • Work to support the goals of a positive workplace environment to understand and improve morale for both office and field staff.
  • Administer benefits packages and assist associates with benefits issues when necessary.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws concerning all HR functions
  • Transmit payroll from internal system to third party payroll processor for the entire organization and assist associates with pay related issues
  • Recruit professional and friendly associates and minimize the time positions are open to control costs
  • Investing time and resources into the associates through training and development
  • Provide support to all associates in HR adjacent areas

 

Requirements:

  • Backelors Degree in HR or related field
  • 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience 
  • SHRM/PHR certification preferred
  • Prior experience with payroll or accounting preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to wear different hats
  • Strong personality and high energy with attention to detail
