We are currently sourcing candidates for an HR Office Manager role with a healthcare company in Downtown Phoenix. The incumbent of this role will handle all back-office administration, facilities management, and will support the HR Department. The ideal candidate will have office administration AND human resources experience, interested in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and work well autonomously. Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall office administration
  • Handling copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems
  • Evaluating and improving office production
  • Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved work flow
  • Assisting the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with applicant tracking, phone screens, and interview scheduling; eventual support with onboarding with training

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Office Administration
  • Demonstrable leadership and admin experience
  • Software experience with MS Office products
  • Experience with human resources functions
