Are you an experienced HRIS Analyst who is passionate about creating an innovative work environment for your organization?

Ajilon is searching for a full time HRIS Analyst for an organization in Seattle, Washington. This company has implemented UltiPro but needs someone who can be their sole HRIS Analyst. This individual will begin remotely and go back into the office as soon as possible. Are you interested? Read on!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources department on the administration, maintenance and configuration of HR systems.
  • Teach, organize, and implement new programs.
  • Work closely with vendors, internal IT and Finance to continuously improve the HR system and delivery mechanisms.
  • Create cross functional and vendor reports.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • You enjoy living in the implementation and data and reporting realm.
  • Lead HR system projects.
  • Experience and Education

  • 5+ years of corporate Human Resources experience required
  • 2-3 Years in HRIS Analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Skills

  • Proficient with HRIS systems and ATS
  • You own the system of UltiPro
  • You are knowledgeable in implementing and finding functional practices for organization’s system
  • You are a SME for the HR Department
  • Good customer service skills with an ability to answer questions tactfully
  •  

    Work Hours

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
