Ajilon is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position in East Liberty, OH with a company offering world-class, innovative, manufacturing, and assembly solutions to automotive OEMs.  They are strong believers in work-life balance, experiential diversity, developing their workforce, and offer on-site training programs for advancement.

The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $50,000-60,000 per year and includes:

-Great benefits including 401k after 6 months

-PTO and paid shut down the week of July 4th, and Christmas to New Years

-Growing company with room for advancement in the HR Department

-Work-life balance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to):

*Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

*Administer health and life insurance programs

*Implement training and development plans

*Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions

*Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)

*Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

*Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

*Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly

*Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

*Monitor budgets by department

*Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

*Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Most important requirements:

*5 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator, Specialist, Staffing Manager)

*Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

*Experience in talent acquisition, managing staffing firms

*Strong Admin skills

*Bachelor's Degree Preferred
