Ajilon is working with a client located near Princeton, New Jersey to hire a part-time Human Resources Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $15.00-17.00. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of Human Resources.

Assist with recruiting candidates and conducting phone screens
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Create and update job descriptions
Create and maintain employee files and ensure compliance for documentation
Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new hires by completing background checks and I-9 documentation
Conduct reference checks
1+ year of relevant Human Resources experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Contract to hire
