Human Resources Coordinator: Part-time
 
Ajilon is working with a client located near Princeton, New Jersey to hire a part-time Human Resources Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $15.00-17.00. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruiting candidates and conducting phone screens
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Create and update job descriptions
  • Create and maintain employee files and ensure compliance for documentation
  • Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new hires by completing background checks and I-9 documentation
  • Conduct reference checks
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
Compensation:
$15.00-17.00/hour
