Human Resource Coordinator
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Coordinator is to perform the day-to-day human resource and payroll-related tasks on a professional level and work closely with the management team to support several functional areas.
Ajilon is actively seeking a HR Coordinator for our client in South of Pittsburgh The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of employee relations, detail oriented, and professional standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides clerical and administrative support and direction to one or more functional areas of Human Resources such as: benefits, recruitment and staffing personnel records, employee or labor relations, compensation, payroll, training and/or equal opportunity/affirmative action.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to produce continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Maintains Human Resources Information System records and assembles reports from database.
Recruiting, On-boarding, and hiring processes for all new employees.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent relevant experience considered
Minimum of 3 years in HR administration, benefits administration or related experience required.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Employment Type:
Contract to Hire
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $50,000 annually.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
