Human Resources Generalist position in the Chicago Loop!

Ajilon is looking for experienced an HR professional to help a company handle transactional human resources duties for a department that needs strategic direction. If you’re interested in having a large imprint on a growing company, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all transactional and administrative Human Resources tasks for a rapidly growing organization
  • Managing the talent acquisition & onboarding process, administering benefits (open enrollment, wellness, renewal process)
  • Supporting people management initiatives including performance reviews, compensation reviews, market analysis, etc.)
  • Working on HRIS / Payroll implementations, reporting, and insurance vendor relations
  • Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience as a Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist
  • Demonstrated experience in all areas of HR (Recruiting, Benefits, Comp, HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, LOA, FMLA, Employee Relations, etc.)
  • An ability to handle a high-volume of transactional and analytical HR tasks
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, or similar systems a plus
  • Hours:

  • Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Dress Code:

  • Business Casual
  • Report To:

  • Interim HR Manager
  • Worksite:

  • Remote (Will Return to Downtown Office)
  • Length of Assignment:

  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $30.12 - $38.33 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
  • A Background & Drug Screening are Administered Upon Offer of Employment
