Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment? Ajilon is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist with 3 years of experience for a full-time job at a high energy marketing company in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Our client in is looking for a dynamic individual to work under the direction of their HR Manager.  In this role you will be performing HR tasks ranging from onboarding paperwork, benefits administration, new employee orientations, and even performance reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities as needed (i.e. scheduling interviews, career fair planning, posting positions, screenings, etc.)
  • Responsible for handling all aspects of annual open enrollment
  • Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments
  • On-boarding and off-boarding, training; developing training modules, organize and participate in training sessions
  • Benefits administration
  • Updating personnel files
  •  

    Qualifications

  • This job requires knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent a must
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 3-4 years of Human Resources related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Compensation

  • $65-75K + Benefits
