Human Resources Generalist
 
The HR Generalist is able to work in all areas within HR! From benefits to payroll, you will increase your knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources. Ajilon is working with a client located near Cranbury, New Jersey to hire a Human Resources Generalist. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $22.00-30.00. This is a great opportunity to have a role in various Human Resources areas such as recruiting, on-boarding, and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple areas of the recruitment process such as phone screens, scheduling interviews, and updating various candidate information
  • Develop and conduct new hire orientations
  • Assist with benefits administration by updating systems, communicating with vendors, and assisting with employee claims
  • Handle payroll processes and questions
  • Manager all data entry for employee information and updating files
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience using HRIS
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Compensation:
$22.00-30.00/hour
