Human Resources Manager
Ajilon is working with a client located near Trenton, New Jersey to hire a Human Resources Manager. This is a contract to hire opportunity with starting hourly pay between $35.00-45.00. This is a great opportunity to participate in the planning and development of Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures.
Primary responsibilities will include overseeing the Human Resources department to ensure all operations are being managed effectively.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR needs of the organization
  • Review Human Resources policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee recruitment process for the team of over 5 employees
  • Remodel and implement employee evaluation program and process
  • Work closely with new employees by developing and conducting new hire training and fostering long term developmental programming
  • Manage the benefits administration process and assist with educating employees
  • Work closely with company executives to develop company and department planning
  • 6+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Previous experience with hiring, performance management, and benefits
  • Understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Experience using HRIS
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Work hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
