Ajilon Professional Staffing is seeking an individual with excellent communication for an Import/Export Coordinator in Woodbridge, NJ. This position is a temporary to permanent role. The hours are full time, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Entry level applicants are welcome to apply. The candidate must be extremely organized as well as detail oriented. Responsibilities:

  • Help with international imports and exports
  • Manage documentation
  • Assist with inventory
  • Process POs
  • Assist with shipments
  • Data Entry
  • Invoice management
  • Answer calls from customers, vendors and internal
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Must have an Associates degree
  • Has great communication skills, through the phone as well as written
  • A keen eye for details, must be organized when writing notes
  • Someone with a positive attitude
  • Must be punctual with coming to work on time
