Inside Sales Associate
Ajilon is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to represent their client to support the sales team in high volume appointment setting and act as the main administrative support. - Comfortable to perform high volume inbound and outbound calls daily, 100+ calls
- Point of contact with sales department, management, and clients
- Assist clients with process: answering questions, generate and follow leads, schedule appointments for team, understand and maintain client pipeline, etc.
- Assist with clerical department tasks, when needed
- Professional attitude and strong motivator/work ethic
- Superior verbal and written communication
- High school diploma or equal to; College degree, a plus
- 1 – 3 years work history as customer service representative or sales coordinator within an office setting. Related titles of client relations representative, call support, appointment scheduler, team setter, office administrative assistant, account executive, front and back office admin, etc. Outbound call center environment welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook
- Temporary to Permanent hire, Direct Hire
- Tempe, Arizona
- Full-time, $15 per hour + commissions
