Ajilon is currently searching for a Medical Receptionist in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a strong candidate to work the front desk at a medical office to handle incoming calls and greet patients when they come in for appointments. If you have experience as a Receptionist, apply today!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming presence
  • Answer calls or respond to inquiries via phone
  • Provide information to the patient in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Take copayments and verify insurance
  • Notify medical staff when a patient is checked in and ready for their appointment
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be highly organized and motivated
  • Strong customer service skills are a must
  • Comfortable answering phones and assist patients face to face
  • Strong multitasking skills with high accuracy
  • Knowledge of HIPPA requirements and understanding of patient confidentiality
  •  

    Experience:

  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • 1 year in a Front Desk/Receptionist type role in the medical field
  •  

    Schedule:

  • Full-Time (FT) opportunity
  • Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
  •
