We are currently seeking a polished and flexible Executive assistant to assist the CEO of a retail business. This person needs to be able to travel to both Fairfield, CA and Concord, CA when needed. You must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Location: Fairfield/Concord, CA
Pay range: $65k-100k Depending on Experience
Work on special projects and assist with other duties as required
Calendar management, coordinate conference calls, travel arrangement, and process expense reports
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Provide support to CEO by preparing presentation materials, and perform administrative tasks to CEO
Makes arrangements for special and routine meetings and lunches, including coordinating conference space and schedules with other departments.
At least 5 years experience supporting executives
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Concur
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
Technically savy and able to multi-task well
Strong time management and organization skills
Excellent communication skills
