  • Enters payroll adjustments into the payroll system (ADP)
  • Prepare, reconcile and import mileage and expenses for monthly reimbursement.
  • Responds to inquiries and resolves concerns.
  • Prepares ADP reports monthly and quarterly for internal and external customers.
  • Assists with annual preparation of W-2’s
  • Prepares, codes, and deposits cash receipts and credit card transactions using the bank's remote deposit capture application (RDC) and the credit card software. Post accurately for Staff Accountants, Billing Staff, and Development Teams.
  • Establish and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing networks.
  • Provide presentations to new employees on agency payroll processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three (3) year’s experience working with data entry, bookkeeping, or payroll in a high-volume environment 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Outlook and PowerPoint experience for greatest success. 
  • Expert user in Excel; knowledge of data management and formulas. 
  • Demonstrated experience with handling multiple tasks simultaneously without errors or confusion.
  • Ability to organize, plan and problem-solve independently
