Facilitating patient flow and a pleasant experience from entry to destination
Obtaining patient demographic information and billing information for reimbursement and clinical accuracy
Scheduling appointments, explaining billing and collecting co-pays
Answering inbound patient calls and directing to the appropriate department
1-3 years of healthcare experience is preferred
The ability to learn medical coding, terminology, health insurance, etc.
High School Diploma/GED required
