Ajilon is looking for healthcare professionals to assist patients in the registration process. If you’re providing exceptional front-end customer support for a top-notch organization, this opportunity is for you!


  • Facilitating patient flow and a pleasant experience from entry to destination
  • Obtaining patient demographic information and billing information for reimbursement and clinical accuracy
  • Scheduling appointments, explaining billing and collecting co-pays
  • Answering inbound patient calls and directing to the appropriate department
  • Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of healthcare experience is preferred
  • The ability to learn medical coding, terminology, health insurance, etc.
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Alignment with the customer-centric values of the organization
