Ajilon is seeking a Legal Recruiter for a national litigation law firm located in Emeryville, CA. This is a temp to hire, hybrid role.
The ideal candidate comes from a legal background, has at least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, and loves interacting with people.
Sourcing for attorneys at all levels in addition to legal security, paralegals, brief writers, clerks, etc.
Managing the recruiting process from start to finish
Onboarding, Offboarding, Time Sheets, Revisions, and Maintenance of PTO
Conduct high volume of phone screenings and interviews
Function as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
Leverage data and analytics to reach recruiting goals
Help with handbook updates
At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
An excellent and up to date understanding of state and local laws, COVID related updates, etc.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as, Jobvite, LinkedIn, Indeed
Knowledgeable with diversity recruitment
Experience sourcing with social media networks
Experience using Paychecks a plus!
