Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you capable and experienced in working in a call center environment? Do you have experience in Life/Casualty/Annuity insurance? If so, I have an amazing direct hire opportunity for you! I am currently seeking qualified candidates for a Life Insurance Call Center job, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this job you will be responding to incoming calls from contract owners, agents, and beneficiaries. You will be the first point of contact for members, and will be responsible for interpreting and resolving inquiries, while providing exceptional customer service! To be our ideal candidate for this job, you should possess a strong knowledge of Life and Annuity Insurance. You should also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an insurance industry position.  You should also possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.  The salary for this job is $35,000 annual, with possible overtime, and opportunities for internal growth.
 
Your job responsibilities include:
• Answering Inbound calls from customers/clients/agents
• Process and document all transactions within the administrative systems
• Send Service forms to agents and customers
• Make necessary outbound calls to other financial services
• Assist with special projects
• Other duties as assigned
 
Your Job Requirements include:
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Life Insurance and Annuities.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in an inbound call center role
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type minimum 40 WPM
• Self-motivated and Reliable
• Strong organization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Licensure in Insurance preferred, but not required
