Logistics Customer Service Specialist
Ajilon is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Specialist.
Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps.
Entering and processing orders.
Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.
Communicate with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions & high-end customer service experience
Handle general shipping documents
Coordinate and arrange shipments
Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs.
Expediting orders as required.
Previous Logistics and/or shipping and receiving experience
Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is a definite plus!
Pay Rate: $18.00 - 25.00 / hr. depending on experience
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8AM – 5PM
Location: Long Beach 90801
