We are searching for a Logistics Manager to join a global company ind Downtown Phoenix! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry and have strong communication skills.
- Managing complete product supply chain processes from order to manufacturing and delivery to customer
- Create detailed sales reports and perform analysis and recommendations to improve sales
- Work with the Operations Manager on the operations budgets and be accountable for meeting the established budget for applicable areas
- Maintain area productivity goals and oversee the processes to keep them on track to meet or exceed the goals
- Monitor resources regularly in order to prevent budget over runs and schedule delays.
- Develop and monitor KPI's for the effective measurement of logistics performance
- Negotiate carrier rates and contract terms to provide maximum value
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience
- 5+ years of experience in logistics with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- SAP experience
- Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup)
