Do you enjoy working collaboratively in a team? Our client in Portland, OR is urgently looking to hire on a Logistics Specialist. In this role you will be communicating on the phone with carriers, working with freight invoices, and working on many multiple TMS systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with carriers and accounts to issue payments, refund checks, and overcharge or undercharge claims
  • Working with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues
  • Setting up carriers for access to the carrier web-site
  • Assisting carriers with electronic funds transfer implementation

You must have:

  • 4+ year of Logistics customer service experience
  • Strong excel skills preferred (vlookups and pivot tables are helpful)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
