Logistics Support

Ajilon is currently seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent Office Administrator to support the Shipping/Logistics team.  The position is with a successful Manufacturer and requires working knowledge of preparing documentation for International Shipments. Duties:

  • Produce required documenation for shipping - packing slips, BOLs, etc
  • Work directly with 3rd party carriers
  • Send smaller shipments through UPS/FedEx and like vendors
  • Create invoices / customer service as needed
  • Scheduling
  • Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree preferred but not required (Supply Chain, Accounting, or similar Business related)
  • Working knowledge of International shipping requirements
  • ERP experience a plus
  • Collaborative communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Employment Type:  Full-Time, Temporary-to-Permanent
    Hours:  Mon-Fri Daytime hours with some flexibility  /  Pay:  $16-19/hr commesurate with experience
