Produce required documenation for shipping - packing slips, BOLs, etc
Work directly with 3rd party carriers
Send smaller shipments through UPS/FedEx and like vendors
Create invoices / customer service as needed
Ajilon is currently seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent Office Administrator to support the Shipping/Logistics team. The position is with a successful Manufacturer and requires working knowledge of preparing documentation for International Shipments.
Associate Degree preferred but not required (Supply Chain, Accounting, or similar Business related)
Working knowledge of International shipping requirements
ERP experience a plus
Ability to work independently
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri Daytime hours with some flexibility / Pay: $16-19/hr commesurate with experience
