Ajilon is currently seeking a Supply Development Manager for our Manufacturing Company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This role mainly deals with the continuous improvement of activities with suppliers.  Requires an individual who is willing to lead, and drive process control.  


  • Reduce working capital and improve on time delivery by driving lean management practices at supplier sites.
  • Reduce cost by monitoring and tracking supplier value analysis.
  • Report and track on supplier qualification (internal and external) activities across the division.
  • Design and institute a robust supplier audit procedure that proactively identifies gaps, risks and production readiness within the supply base.
  • Develop a streamline, electronic method to gather and report supplier information.
  • Prioritize targeted suppliers for improvement by performing on-site technical process reviews, evaluating supplier corrective action requests (SCARs).
  • Liaise with plant Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain Management along with corporate Managers
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical preferred).
  • APICS/ISM/Supply Chain certification or willingness to complete certification
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in professional Materials position(s) is desired
  • Cable and electronic component purchasing experience desired 
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, vendors, and employees.
  •  Ability to establish relations with a wide range of personalities, cultural backgrounds and educational level
  • Project Management, Contract Administration Negotiating, Transactional Management, Inventory Control and other Sourcing activities.

    Salary:  85,000 to 105,000
