Ajilon is seeking experienced, motivated individuals for a Medical Claims team in North Phoenix. If you have 1 or more years of claims experience as well as customer service or call center experience you can earn $19 - $21 per hour. This is an in office contract to hire position in their North Phoenix office.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Handles inbound phone calls from Providers, and other customers.
  • Reviews claims and respond to billing questions.
  • Provide updates on claim statuses; including notification that claims are in process, pending for more information, or being denied. 
  • Conducts basic claims history research to answer provider questions.
  • Consistently displays professional customer service skills to internal and external customers.
  • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1+ years’ healthcare claims, billing or related healthcare area
  • Good communication skills
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, the Internet and on-line systems preferred
  • 1+ years college or equivalent experience
  • 1 year call center or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical claims processing/review
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Schedule

  • Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • 3 Month contract to hire for top performers
