Ajilon Healthcare is very excited to be presenting an opportunity with a great medical network located in Scottsdale, AZ! This is a very fast-growing company that is looking to expand even more within the next few years. They offer a very competitive pay rate, a great environment and room for growth. Their focus is within healthcare, but the great news is you do not need to have experience in that industry! Additionally, the company is providing REMOTE opportunities after training on site. Responsibilities:

  • As a customer service representative, you will be making 200+ calls a day during busy season.
  • Adhere by the average handle time given by the company.
  • Be FLEXIBLE. Goals and metrics will change depending on the demands of the market.
  • Be comfortable with following a script and receiving QA scores.
  • Treat all patients with care and compassion.
  • Adhere by HIPAA guidelines.
  •  

    Skills:

  • Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs at a time.
  • Self-motivate to hit your goals.
  • Work well in team environments and on your own.
  • Experience:

  • 6-months of experience in a call center setting (inbound/outbound)
  • Experience using an Auto Dialer
  • Hours: 8:00AM-5:30PM

    Locations: Scottsdale, AZ

    Employment: Full Time

    Pay: $15/HR plus Commission.
