We are currently recruiting for a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative. This is a fully remote position. In this role you will be assisting individuals with inquiries regarding their medical bills. Two years of high-volume customer service experience is required for this position.
Job Requirements include:
You will be providing patients and their family members answers regarding their medical bills
Work within multiple computer systems simultaneously
Provide accurate and timely information and follow up to all members regarding their insurance inquiries
At least two years of call center experience required. Previous experience in a medical call center or medical front office is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working in multiple computer systems and very fast paced environment.
Stable work history
Must live in the state of Indiana
