Ajilon is working with a client located near Monroe Township, New Jersey to hire a Medical Receptionist. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $12.00-15.00. This role will require you to provide an exceptional patient experience and strong customer service.
Primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments and confirming insurance eligibility.

Greet patients upon arrival and initiate the check-in process by collecting all paperwork and answering questions
Manage multiple phone lines to answer questions and manage scheduling needs
Confirm patients’ appointments the day before and readjust as needed
Conduct the checkout procedure
Process electronic paperwork and information and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Work with insurance providers to verify coverage and eligibility prior to visits and procedures
6+ months of medical receptionist/front desk experience
Exposure working with electronic medical records and understanding of medical terminology
Prior experience working with insurance companies
Bilingual a plus
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
