About this role:
Ajilon is searching for Members Service Representative in Sacramento, CA. An ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years of experience working in a call center, previous health care industry experience is a plus, strong attention to detail, great customer service, exceptional communication skills, and good client relationship management. This role is temp to hire, on-site, and full-time.
In this role, you will:
Communicate to all member inquiries related to Commercial, Exchange and/or individual plans via phone, chat, email, or fax.
Research and find solution of cases that require extra investigation.
Support other colleagues on questions/clarifications regarding benefits, system information, rules/policies.
Educate plan members on the Advantage Referral Program and online self-service tools.
Report any system issues or connect with drivers in immediate need of attention to Member Service Manager.
Work with department staff to resolve member issues to ensure best solution in a timely manner.
Conduct training and call shadowing of new MSRs.
Perform ad-hoc duties.
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in call center
Previous experience in health care industry is a plus!
Basic computer skills – routine database, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, email, etc.
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good client relationship management
