About this role:

Ajilon is searching for Members Service Representative in Sacramento, CA. An ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years of experience working in a call center, previous health care industry experience is a plus, strong attention to detail, great customer service, exceptional communication skills, and good client relationship management. This role is temp to hire, on-site, and full-time.

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate to all member inquiries related to Commercial, Exchange and/or individual plans via phone, chat, email, or fax.
  • Research and find solution of cases that require extra investigation.
  • Support other colleagues on questions/clarifications regarding benefits, system information, rules/policies.
  • Educate plan members on the Advantage Referral Program and online self-service tools.
  • Report any system issues or connect with drivers in immediate need of attention to Member Service Manager.
  • Work with department staff to resolve member issues to ensure best solution in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training and call shadowing of new MSRs.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties.
  • You have:

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in call center
  • Previous experience in health care industry is a plus!
  • Basic computer skills – routine database, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, email, etc.
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good client relationship management
