Ajilon & Accounting Principals has partnered with an established organization who has an immediate need for an administrative professional to fulfill a long-term contract that will go permanent for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of corporate experience supporting multiple line managers or departments. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Answer customer calls and take messages or route to the appropriate department/person
  • Coordinate and schedule multiple functions, committees and meetings 
  • Transcribe minutes 
  • Order food and supply for meetings 
  • Create and maintain filling system
  • Write professional correspondence, memos and letters
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as: airfare, hotel, rental car etc..
  • Assist with processing reimbursements and expenses 
  • Order office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess previous corporate experience supporting multiple departments or line managers
  • Proficient in MS Office suite; Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent grammar and can communicate professionally both verbally and in writing 

HOURS: 

8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch; Monday - Friday

PAY:

$13.50-14.50

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT:

4 months +
