Office Administrator
 
Ajilon is currently working with a client located near Princeton, New Jersey to hire an Office Administrator. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $14.00-17.00. This is a great role to put your strong organizational and clerical skills to great use!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and reporting
  • Coordinator office activities and operations
  • Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Support bookkeeping needs if needed
  • Update and maintain employee records and databases
  • Welcome visitor with an upbeat attitude and notify employees of arrivals
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant office/administrative experience   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Education:
  • High school Diploma required
Compensation:
$14.00-17.00/hour
