Office Assistant Job in Jacksonville, FL!

We are working with a fast-growing company in Jacksonville, FL who is looking for their next Office Assistant! The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service, will be highly organized and has some experience in Human Resources. This is an awesome opportunity to expand your administrative and HR skill set!

Responsibilities include:
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Greeting all customers and clients
- Assisting the Human Resource Manager with scheduling candidate interviews

- Entering new hire information and assisting with applicant tracking system
- Clerical duties including faxing, scanning, and printing
- Providing administrative support as needed

- At least one year of Human Resource and Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
