Ajilon is currently conducting interviews for our top client in real estate who's looking to add an Office Assistant to their growing team here in Grand Rapids, MI!  If you thrive in a friendly environment, then this may be just what you're looking for!

In this role you will be providing complete office support within the department, including but not limited to scheduling, greeting guests, data entry, receiving new mail, prepping, sorting, batching, delivering, scanning, and sending outgoing mail. -Answer phones & greet clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner
-Maintain office supplies and a clean office environment
-Sort mail by department, location or category
-Sign for incoming registered or certified mail
-Batch bills based on specific instructions and enter data into the system
-Keep records of incoming packages, including weight, return address and description
-Track mailroom supplies (e.g., stamps, envelopes, address labels)
-Copy and fax office documentation, training materials, and department manuals
-Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments

-Prior clerical experience required
-Excellent data entry clerk
-Proficient at Excel spreadsheets
-Intermediate skills in Outlook (Scheduling, calendaring, and emailing)
-Strong typing skills — 40+ wpm preferred
