Office Assistant Job

Ajilon is partnering with a company in the legal industry to fill their open Office Assistant role in the Rancho Bernardo area. In this position you will support the receptionist. The best fit for this job is a self-starter and is eager to get to work! This is a temporary to hire position paying between $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

 - Scanning documents and uploading them to an electronic format
 - Managing multiple phone lines with the highest degree of customer service
 - Tracking office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
 - Supporting the receptionist with any duties as required

Qualifications:

 - Experience in the legal industry is required
 - Strong verbal and written communication is required
 - Excellent customer service is a huge plus
 - Computer skills are required
 - Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus

Compensation & Duration:

 - Part time, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
 - Temporary to hire
 - $17.00 – $19.00, depending on experience
