Office Assistant 

Ajilon is seeking to find the ideal candidate who is highly organized and proficient in excel and is in the Princeton, New Jersey area.

This individual will be responsible for data entry and updating information in the client’s system on a contract basis. If the following responsibilities for your skill set, apply today for immediate consideration


  • Heavy amount of data entry that requires attention to detail
  • Professional presence and phone manner
  • Good written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Windows Office applications; general computer literacy
  • General paperwork and filing
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as needed;
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Filing paperwork and records as needed


  • High School Diploma Required
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactively can work in a team
