Ajilon is partnering with a Kirkland based CPA firm to find their next Office Assistant. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role after a small probationary period.

As the Office assistant some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping the front office area tidy, greeting guests, answering & directing calls, mail processing/distribution
  • Manage office & kitchen inventory
  • Meeting coordination & calendaring
  • Data entry for client profiles
  • Helping billing/invoice processing


  • Minimum two years of office administration experience (CPA or Law Firm experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Professional Demeanor
