- Professional and fast paced attitude to correspond with departments
- Manage and handle incoming company paperwork, concerns, envelopes, letters, etc.
- Ability to run reports and access in database
- Processing and revising information with accuracy
- Building rapport with donors and provide excellent customer service values using email, phone, and in person
- Assist team with office tasks
- Professional and personable attitude
- Minimum 1 to 3 years as donation administrator, clerical support, front desk, administrative assistant, client relations, coordinator, file clerk, data entry associate, receptionist, non-profit associate, call center customer service representative or related titles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, especially Excel) and usage of Salesforce
- Temporary to Permanent Hire
- $15.00 per hour
- North Phoenix, Arizona
