Office Coordinator Job in San Diego, CA

Ajilon has partnered with an engineering company in Kearny Mesa to identify the next member of their team. This is a great opportunity to show off your administrative skills, while growing professionally and taking on additional projects. This company offers a supportive, family-oriented environment, and is looking for someone who wants to be on the team for the long haul. This is a temporary to direct hire opportunity and the pay is between $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the President and other team members  
- Conducting research and gathering information to produce reports
- Supporting Accounting with AP processing
- Answering incoming calls and communicating with customers
- Maintaining office organization and stocking office supplies
- Assisting with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:
- At least two years of admin experience
- AP experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to multi-task
