Your duties in this Office Manager role include:
• Assisting managers with various administrative projects
• Working in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Arranging logistics for meetings, including catering and reservations
• Running office errands and ordering office supplies
• Various projects as assigned
Your qualifications as the Office Manager include:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience post-graduation
• Highly motivated, organized, with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Skilled utilizing MS Office Suite
