Ajilon has partnered with an established Healthcare business in San Diego who is looking for an Office Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in Administrative duties, Accounting and Payroll. This is a great opportunity to continue your Office Management career and support a company with a great cause. 

The salary for this Direct Hire position is $52,000 along with excellent benefits!


Responsibilities include:

-Maintain office in a clean and safe manner and always prepared for day-to-day operations

-Keep accurate and organized administrative records, policies and procedures

-Review complaints and grievances and escalate to the appropriate team member, if needed.

-Main point of contact for scheduling office projects, maintenance updates and work assignments

-Assist with day-to-day Accounting duties

-Prepare, code and forward invoices to appropriate personnel

-Ensure prompt and accurate billing and collections of delinquent accounts

-Process and verify employee time cards

-Answer employee questions regarding payroll, deductions and benefits programs

-Additional duties as needed 



-1+ years' experience as Office Manager or related position 

-Ability to meet deadlines

 -Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Can work well independently with little supervision, in a busy environment

- Prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
