Office Manager 
 
Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to find the right company to make your next career move with? Our client is hiring for a Temporary to Hire Office Manager in Cranbury, NJ. Prior senior level administrative or office management support experience is required.

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience.  $24-30/hr
Your Responsibilities are:
  • Scheduling Meetings
  • Calendar Management
  • Event Planning
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Office maintenance requests
  • Greeting guests/clients
  • Back up to the phone lines
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Working on various administrative projects as assigned
  • Communicating with workers on company processes
  • Working closely with various departments to gather information for special projects
  • Processing and being responsible for company invoices when necessary
  • Composing and sending out company letters
  • Serving as the main point of contact for most of the office staff and outside representatives
Your Qualifications are:
  • 2-5 years of office management experience
  • Professional demeanor; prior experience working with C-Level executives is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
  • People person/team player
  • Excellent with follow/up
  • Excellent at prioritizing
  • A “do-er” rather than someone who needs a lot of direction
