Office Manager
 
Ajilon is currently working with a client located near Hamilton, NJ to hire a Office Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and has experience communicating with clients to gather information. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $14.00-20.00. This is a great role for someone looking to gain experience and have an opportunity for growth!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and gather relevant information to input into the computer system
  • Work closely with clients/families to coordinate services and appointments
  • Gather appropriate documentation from families
  • Provide administrative support to staff throughout the office
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all office operations
  • Handle receptionist duties as needed
Education:
  • High school diploma required
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant office manager or administrative experience
  • Experience answering phones, gathering information, and inputting it into the computer    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Work hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
