Ajilon is partnering with a unique, blended architecture and interior-design organization in Seattle, WA to find an Office Manager to join their team.
As the Office Manager you assure the office is running smoothly by handling all things administrative and assisting with accounting responsibilities.
- Manage journal entries, invoicing, cash receipts, etc.
- Research and reconcile vendor accounts accordingly
- Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate internal employee happy hour events
- Responsible for facilities management
- Mail pick-up and distribution
- 1+ years in similar position
- QuickBooks and Excel experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
- Monday - Friday 7:30 - 3:30
