Ajilon is searching for an Operations assistant in Fernandina Beach, Florida. If you have experience supporting customer support representatives, vendor management, and the operations team then this role could be a great fit.
• Enter and maintain all work and purchase orders
• Responsible for daily routing of all work orders for same day service and emergency calls.
• Daily entry of locate tickets and maintaining monthly count
• Assist all operations personnel with needed information to trouble shoot possible billing and or reception issues
• Respond readily to customers requests and issue all work orders timely with details of work to be done and the requested time frame
• One to three years working clerical and office experience.
• Internal and external communication skills.
• Clerical, writing and math skills.
• Knowledge of basic inventory maintenance procedures.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Office products
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
