  • 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Organization Development or related field
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing and supporting programs for performance management, talent development and succession planning
  • Experience utilizing HR information systems and talent management systems to leverage analytics for insight and program monitoring
  • Experience with adult learning tools and developing leadership development and/or technical training for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership to identify and implement strategies to develop next generation leaders.
  • SHRM-SCP/CP or PHR/SPHR certification.
