Ajilon is partnering with our client in the bioscience industry to fill their open Administrative Assistant role in the La Jolla area of San Diego. Qualified assistants must possess at least two years of experience. This is a temporary part-time(20 hours) position with intent to hire at $19 per hour. This company is looking for a detailed professional who preferably speaks Mandarin.
-Greeting clients, vendors and other guests
-Facilitating inbound and outbound calls
-Clerical work and maintaining documents
-Managing all office supply inventory
-Setting schedules for meetings and lunches
-One year of Administration work experience required
-Bilingual in Mandarin and English highly preferred
-Bachelor degree or in progress preferred
