We are currently working with a client in GSO looking to add a Part-time Administrative Assistant to their team ASAP! This position will be 100% in office and hours will be M-F 10:00AM-3:00PM. This will be at least a 6-month position, with possibility to become permanent. Compensation is $15-18/hr.+ depending on experience.
Greeting guests, answering phones, emails, etc.
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Scheduling and coordinator meetings for Plant Manager
Order office supplies, make badges
Update office calendar
Assisting with vendor PO's
Must be a team player
Experience with Excel, Word, PPT
Ability to build relationships
