We are seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

MUST HAVES:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Responsibilities:

  • Register new patients
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Forward messages to RN’s and MD’s
  • Assist patients with other inquiries
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Call center experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred!
