We are seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Excellent customer service experience
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Register new patients
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
Forward messages to RN’s and MD’s
Assist patients with other inquiries
High school diploma or equivalent
Call center experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred!
