Ajilon is currently seeking an experienced Patient Account Manager for a high level role with a hospital system in St. Louis. This is a direct hire position with a well-established organization known for a great work environment and history of promoting from within.
In this position, the Patient Account Manager will manage day-to-day operations of their department. The manager will provide direction to staff, provide technical assistance to team members and ensure accurate billing.
- Oversee billing department, ensuring correct billing, accounts receivable, claims submissions, insurance follow-up, denials management and collections
- Provide technical guidance to billing team
- Compile and analyze A/R reports
- Strong commercial billing experience
- Experience with high dollar claims
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years’ management experience
- At least 5 years’ medical billing experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
