Ajilon is conducting interviews for one of their healthcare clients in Mesa. This client is in search of a patient care representative. The patient care rep is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients and their caregivers from intake to discharge. Your primary functions will include intake, charge RX, demographic changes, delivery reorder and discharge. This position will require you to work in office from day one.
Other responsibilities will include:
Verify insurance information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
Obtains clinical information needed for order processing
Contact patients to: advise them of the order placed on their behalf and to confirm all demographic information; to communicate any financial responsibilities
Ensure patient information is accurate
Contact patients on a monthly basis to review and confirm all delivery details to ensure timely delivery and appropriate revenue recognition for order
Resolve patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action
Experience/Skills Required:
High school diploma
2+ years of medical customer service experience
Proficient in all MS Office
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
