The Customer service coordinator serves as a liaison between the members, billers, providers, physicians and Health Plans
Responsible for answering calls in a timely, courteous, professional manner and to assist customers with claims related issues and resolve issue timely.
Calls consist of Claim Status, Request for EOB, Request for Denial Letter, Health Plan Demand, Check tracers, and incoming faxes.
All calls documented on CRM.
High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience with Medical Claims
2 years of experience in Customer Service experience in a Healthcare setting
EPIC is a huge plus
